不論你現在幾歲，都不要忘記自己年輕的模樣，還有當時清澈的眼神。

這幾年，台灣有很多的改變，都是從年輕人開始，有些人說年輕人什麼都不懂，可是我不這麼認為，正因為年輕人還沒有被這個社會定型，正是因為在過去每一個時代，都有年輕人起身行動，我們現在才能擁有民主的社會、擁有自由的選擇。

在眾聲喧嘩的時代，要找到自己的聲音，不是一件簡單的事。但我很慶幸，台灣的年輕人從來沒有放棄過，他們總是懷抱著理想與熱情，一次又一次，試圖讓台灣變更好，他們不是在反抗，而是在開創新的可能，因為他們從來沒有停止對這個世界提問，這片土地才能不斷蛻變。

向每一個時代，爭取自由權利、勇敢開創未來的年輕人們致敬。年輕人們，希望就掌握在你們手中，勇敢做出選擇，這一次，自己決定未來。

我就說啦，送花籃到政府部門也被告這件事，我去做筆錄時只有說一句話：【請依法嚴辦請依法嚴辦請依法嚴辦請依法嚴辦】因為言論自由就是言論自由，除了蘇貞昌謝志偉之流看到花籃就以為是喪禮之外，評論政府所為本來就是言論自由的範疇，嚇到這種專業的熱心民眾還要提告，不是欲蓋彌彰嗎？

北檢的不起訴書讓大家看看當事人才收得到的關防文件啦，我要貼在辦公室牆上，【對於可受公評之事項，尤其對政府之施政措施，縱然以不留餘地或尖酸刻薄之語言文字予以批評，亦應認為仍受憲法之保障。蓋維護言論自由所以促進政治民主及社會之健全發展，與個人名譽可能遭受之損失兩相衡量，顯然有較高之價值（司法院釋字第５０９號解釋協同意見書旨可資參照）】，我支持言論自由就是誰當政都支持，誰像你們塔綠班在野的時候爭取言論自由，一執政之後一心只想著打壓言論自由，權力之墮落，莫此為甚！

那個熱心民眾這麼愛提告，為虎作倀，就盡管來再多告幾次啊【笑】

「千古罪人」帶領各國（暫時）201個議員「指手劃腳」

（人地唔係201位呢個數字，係有名有姓有頭有面，同時亦代表咗好多個國家嘅選民同聲音。下面列晒整個名單出黎，係要證明比嗰班剩係識將一個國家當做偽人同黃藍店咁on9二分法嘅XX仔睇嘅，唔該分比大家知邊個「奶」同那個係「鬼」！）

肥彭聯同前外交大臣（1995-1997）Sir Malcolm Rifkind（亦係前英國國會國家安全委員會主席（2010-2015））兩個英國保守黨元老「舊電池」，發表聯合聲明，話咁樣：

//the proposed laws are a “comprehensive assault on the city’s autonomy, rule of law and fundamental freedoms” and “flagrant breach” of the Sino-British Joint Declaration that returned Hong Kong to China in 1997.//
（嗰啲題案係「全方位攻擊個城市嘅自治、法治同基本自由權利」，同時亦「公然違反」中英聯合聲明。）

//“If the international community cannot trust Beijing to keep its word when it comes to Hong Kong, people will be reluctant to take its word on other matters”//
（如果國際社會睇到連香港呢啲（咁基本）嘅承諾都守唔到，咁即係佢講嘅任何其他嘢都唔洗信㗎喇。）

而Sir Malcolm Rifkind就咁覺得：
//“This is the most serious threat to the people of Hong Kong that there has been from the Chinese Government since 1997. The people of Hong Kong need, and deserve, our support”//
（呢次係從1997年到今日，對Hong Kongers最嚴重嘅危機，佢地係極需要同應該得到我地嘅支援。）

雖然「英國佬出賣香港人，始終信唔過」同堆「講黎有咩用」，但係竟然英國同全世界有二百幾個現任、退任民選議員同外交官員都肯聯署喎。

根據聯合報的報導：【國內專家示警「對付 #Delta病毒 只打一劑等於沒打」，然根據指揮中心統計資料，第二類（中央地方政府防疫人員）完整接種比率已達45%，反觀75歲以上長者僅1.5%、65至74歲長者僅1.3％，機構住民及洗腎患者也僅6.7%。「這麼低嗎？」前疾管局副局長施文儀對脆弱族群完整接種率之低感到驚訝，同時感嘆，「根本沒有那麼多防疫官員，這些疫苗如果打在老人重病者身上有多好。」隨著BNT疫苗到貨，若實證支持副作用不增，保護力佳，政府應開放長者及脆弱族群混打，「不該讓混打變成特權。」】

另外，根據中央社的報導：【 #BNT疫苗 抵台後，除12到17歲學生族群，指揮中心也將優先開放18到22歲接種，引來不滿。指揮官陳時中今天表示，這決定主要考量疫苗衡平性，確保每個年紀都能打到疫苗。首批由鴻海、台積電、慈濟共同採購的輝瑞BNT疫苗將於明天清晨抵台，中央流行疫情指揮中心計畫先開放12歲到17歲青少年族群接種，其餘將優先開放給18歲至22歲年輕族群預約，和以往從高年齡層往下開放不同，引發部分民眾不滿。】這個已經有很多專家反對了，目前七十五歲以上老人兩劑完整接種的只有１．５％，六十五到七十五歲的長者只有１．３％，而在疫苗到齊之間，教育部是可以選擇不開學的，上班族可不行，每天都要去上班，結果你選擇先打那些可以不用上課、重症比例極少的少年家，只有一個結論就是政治決策啊，要打明顯對塔綠班支持度比較高的年輕族群你就說一聲嘛！不在乎老人家死亡率，不優先讓他們打完兩劑疫苗，有種你就承認這是政治決策啊，不用甚麼疫苗平衡來瞎講，九月ＭＯＤＥＲＮＡ就會過美國１２－１７歲的注射許可，你為什麼不能延遲開學先救老人，先幫上班族呢？

而且謝志偉就好像一種傳染病一樣，派駐德國正事不幹，之前糾纏郭正亮，現在又來意圖感染我啦！不知道謝志偉跟蘇貞昌還有那個去北檢告發我侮辱公署的熱心民眾是不是都是一掛的啦，每個都說喪禮花籃，媽的逼，明明喪禮上要寫甚麼早登極樂之類的，就這幾個傢伙文學底子太差，不知道是心虛還是怎樣，看到「爾俸爾祿，民膏民脂，下民易虐，上天難欺」就以為看到喪禮了，這樣要怎麼打啦！塔綠班都這麼膽小嗎？還叫我要道歉悔改咧，是不是搞錯甚麼啦！謝志偉是不是不會寫言論自由四個字啦！

而且身為吃瓜群眾旁觀對岸清朗行動感到非常好奇的我剛剛又看到震撼的消息啦，根據ＥＴＴＯＤＡＹ的報導：【JIMIN的大陸粉絲後援會「百度朴智旻吧」日前宣布因為清朗行動改名為「朴智旻JIMIN_JMC」，他們在本月1日公告，與南韓濟州航空合作的「朴智旻專機」已經正式啟航，從整個機身、機艙乃至乘機所需的機票都是為朴智旻專屬訂製，機內還會有1.8萬個機內專用紙杯，應援將會持續3個月，只要是首爾金浦－濟州或釜山－首爾的航線都有可能搭得到。
而這還只是「百度朴智旻吧」生日應援的一部分，10月13日生日當天已經包下美《紐約時報》與英《泰晤士報》刊登JIMIN慶生廣告，前者還是全版彩色廣告。據「百度朴智旻吧」指稱，他們支付了「難以想像的天價廣告費」，準備工作歷經半年。】哇靠，這也太厲害了吧，上次我們做甚麼ＴＡＩＷＡＮＣＡＮＨＥＬＰ的廣告都沒搞到這麼浮誇ㄟ，原來飯圈集資有這麼大的陣仗，他媽嚇死人啦！

另外，根據巴哈姆特ＧＮＮ的報導：【由於日前中國國家新聞出版署發布了「關於進一步嚴格管理 切實防止未成年人沉迷網絡遊戲的通知」，表示針對未成年人過度使用甚至沉迷網路遊戲問題，將進一步推行嚴格管理措施，防止未成年人沉迷網路遊戲，並且保護未成年人身心健康。因此，中國的未成年玩家只能在周五、六、日與法定節假日每日 20：00 至 21：00 時玩遊戲。如此一來也導致部分遊戲的伺服器無法負荷，微博上也開始出現「#王者荣耀回应崩了#」這樣的標籤。除了未成年玩家受到大幅度的影響外，近日中國大型電商平台京東也針對旗下商家發布「關於禁售遊戲的公告」，表示為規範網路遊戲經營秩序、維護健康和諧的網路文化環境，將根據政府相關法令來禁止未經審批備案的遊戲在京東商城販售。】幸好我現在已經老了，不然不能打電動超痛苦的啊，這下電競是不是也要整個市場再見啦？這個新一代的做法到底目的在哪裡？

而且阿亮說這一系列的改革十分受到中產階級支持啊，這是不是一種取最大公約數的革命法？

投資圈談錢，通常是談財富自由，但自由一共有三個層面。

第一層叫原始自由，又叫做野蠻自由，講得是原始的人性，不爽可以講，想罵領導人就可以罵。第二層是封建自由，指的是特權，像中世紀的歐洲，擁有對自己土地的使用特權，可以世代傳承，形成自己的利益集團。第三層才是我們常談的財富自由，追求資本擴大，並可以在市場上交易的自由。

現代社會，由這三種自由共存的，但並不是所有階層使用的自由權利都一樣，下層階級習慣行使的野蠻自由，放縱原始的人性，比如毒品吸食的自由，甚至是色情、暴力、娛樂文化，許多人以為這是自由，的確這也算，但其實喪失更多自身利益，讓自己陷在下層階級。

上層階級追求封建自由和財富自由，用錢來操種政治、權力、政府和立法，建立龐大且壟斷的利益集團，包括像菸草、製藥和槍枝，或者說校友政策、可以利用捐款進入好的私校，來增加自己錄取的概率。

如果你更深入閱讀這本書，就可以明白，我們所理解的財富自由，含義是由不同社會文化組合而成，你以為的自由，真的是好的自由嗎？
