滷味的常客百頁豆腐英文要怎麼說？可以叫 Hundred Page Tofu 嗎？

超簡單【鮭魚味噌湯】清甜順口，家常必備！

怎麼煮味增味道就是很淡？
味噌湯的煮法百百種都好難？
簡單哥整理出超級簡單
又不失美味的方式來教大家！

（今日份量：3人份）
🥣需要準備的材料🥣
👉鮭魚 半片
👉白蘿蔔 60g
👉味噌 100g
👉海帶芽 5g
👉豆腐 半盒
👉洋蔥 80g
👉水 900g
---裝飾配料---
👉蔥花 3g
👉柴魚片 1g

🥘開始簡單製作🥘
①下蘿蔔、洋蔥後冷水煮至滾起轉小火至蘿蔔透
②將剛煮的水撈起至味噌裡攪拌開
③下鮭魚等待水滾起來
④.下味噌攪拌開來下豆腐、海帶輕輕攪拌
⑤等至水滾後關火即可上桌

你知道燕麥片有分傳統(Rolled Oats)與即食(Instant Oats)兩種嗎?

一開始看許多國外的燕麥食譜，發現食譜中用的燕麥片大多都為"Rolled Oats"，中文為「傳統燕麥片」，但有長期在買燕麥片的人，應該會發現在台灣的賣場或是超市，看到的燕麥片幾乎都是「即食燕麥片」"Instant Oats"。但是我覺得目前大部份的台灣人應該不會主動去看英文，至少我的家人與身邊的朋友都是如此，所以也因此可能就認為燕麥片只有一種而已，也因為這樣，才讓我有動機想要特別打這一篇，讓更多台灣人認識這兩種燕麥片的差別。
