The molten cheese tart is very popular in Asia. I have tried several times in Japan and in Taiwan.
I love it and I finally created a recipe which is my ultimate favorite! The creamy filling and the strong flavor of matcha is so attracting and amazing! I love the delicate texture with the curst of the tart.
You can enjoy it in three way: When it's hot, when it's cooling down and when after frozen it in the fridge.
