🏔雪山西稜的230林道坍方已久，下切路段意外層出不窮。
然而稜線雖然地質穩定，確還極少隊伍選擇、路徑不甚明確。
經過一次次上山，苗栗消防弟兄們，親身踏查所有路段、記錄水源、營地、直升機吊掛點，更從小胖池延溪谷一路下切林道，評估做為撤退路線可能👍

山路上長距離的傷患搬運，有許多細節需要注意。

直接用真人來做拖吊板運練習，除了強迫隊員們務必100%專注以外，“傷患”才能給予最直接的感受回饋，這些是理論得不到的收穫。
