我好鐘意食街頭小食。曾經喺紅磡接太太放工咁多年，你會經常見到我開心哋企喺路邊一路等太太一路食住咖喱魚蛋、腸粉、粢飯、雞蛋仔。而港式奶茶幾乎係每日唔少得一定要飲嘅。對我來講，一邊食街頭小食一邊飲港式奶茶係一種享受，係一種香港獨有嘅享受。不過好多時，細嘅街頭小食店唔會有港式奶茶買，所以只可以食而無得飲。而家有維他港式奶茶，終於可以隨時隨地又食又飲。真係好方便！

Today I teamed up with one of my favorite NYC Chinatown food carts to spend the day making and selling some classic southern Chinese street food known as cheung fun 腸粉, which is essentially Cantonese rice noodles which come with a variety of toppings including Hong Kong style curry fish balls 咖喱魚蛋, beef entrails 牛雜, and pork skin 豬皮. They also sell tea egg, or 茶葉蛋. I had an amazing time selling these Cantonese classics on the street today, and customers were totally shocked to see me selling this food on the street! And I got to interact with lots of customers in both Cantonese and Mandarin.

【飲食籽：追源尋味】
「做小販危險性好高，會被人拉，這行業式微，如果有實力又有積蓄，不如找間舖頭試吓創業。」正宗文記小食老闆馮志偉說。他爸爸馮嘉華在秀茂坪、觀塘一帶推車仔賣魚蛋，做了30多年的小販，養大一家八口。「我爸爸好勤力，他早上擔着挑子通街賣醬油，到醬油廠拿貨時，和醬油老闆相熟，便拿醬汁整咖喱魚蛋，晚上推一架木頭車，做小販賣咖喱魚蛋，早出晚歸，上一代真的很有拼搏精神。」為了傳承爸爸精神，兩年前馮志偉在觀塘開了間小食店，店只有160呎，月租要五萬多元，由早上十一點開到凌晨兩時，分兩更人輪班，主力賣咖喱魚蛋和魷魚。

材料Ingredients（六至八人份量 6-8 people portions)
一條蘿蔔（九百克）900g daikon
一百五十克炸豬皮 150g fried pork skin
三百克魚蛋（十八粒）18 fish balls (300g)
一隻魷魚鬚（三百克）1 cuttlefish (300g)
八瓣蒜頭 8 cloves of garlic
三個紅蔥頭 3 shallots
四片薑 4 slices of ginger
半茶匙黃薑粉 1/2tsp turmeric powder
一湯匙咖哩粉 1tbsp curry powder
一湯匙柱侯醬 1tbsp chu hau sauce
兩湯匙沙茶醬（沙嗲醬）2tbsp satay sauce
一湯匙蠔油 1tbsp oyster sauce
一湯匙淡奶 1tbsp evaporated milk
一湯匙半砂糖 1.5tbsp sugar
半茶匙幼鹽 1/2tsp salt
一湯匙麵粉和一茶匙生粉加一湯匙水 1tbsp flour and 1tsp potato starch in 1tbsp water
三片月桂葉 3 bay leaves
兩隻辣椒乾 2 dried chilli
