北京冬季奧運的八卦，Yahoo名人娛樂都在討論

今日英國外交大臣聯同38個國家（難得有唔少中小型國家）一齊向聯合國大會出聯合聲明，要求聯合國人權事務高級專員辦事處（UN High Commissioner for Human Rights ）獨立觀察員去新疆，緊急保護當地小數族群嘅人權。

至於香港，38個國家根據聯合國專家小組嘅意見，表明國安法有啲條文有違中國應有嘅國際法律責任。

"We urge the relevant authorities to guarantee the rights which are protected under the ICCPR (International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights) and the Sino-British Joint Declaration, including freedoms of speech, the press and assembly."
（我地要求有關政府擔保維護（香港人）响公民權利及政治權利國際公約（ICCPR）同中英聯合聲明所定立嘅權利，包括言論、新聞同集會自由。）

"We also call on China to uphold autonomy, rights and freedoms in Hong Kong, and to respect the independence of the Hong Kong judiciary."
（同時亦要求中國確守香港嘅自治，人權同自由，尊重香港嘅司法獨立。）

响聯合國圍抽都未夠，返到去英國下議員外交委員會議上面，回應議員質詢嘅時候，仲主動單挑話英國唔參加北京冬季奧運有得諗。

"Generally speaking, my instinct is to separate sport from diplomacy and politics, but there comes a point where that may not be possible."
（一般黎講，我會覺得體育還體育，應該同政治外交分開嘅，不過去到某啲底線就未必可以分開。）

速報：
歐盟議會決定抵制北京冬季奧運

【眾志十日國際戰線回顧：十個國家及機構的倡議、投稿、記招、報告】

一、反對《港版國安法》，成了當今抗爭陣營最重要的目標；但同時大家也心知，要完全拉倒這條惡法在港執行，卻又好像是近乎不可能的任務，民間陷於艱難的處境，莫過於此，倒是大家會承認的。

二、但，是否大家覺得國安法比起送中條例更難撤回，香港人就想拱手相讓予政權為所欲為？從民調、六四人數、法庭聲援、黃色經濟圈，看來絕對不是。只不過，踏入反送中將近一週年，回望一年前後，壓力確是大了很多。

三、當《人民日報》今天誣蔑眾志勾結外部勢力，可能已是見怪不怪，但這次還要無中生有指控「眾志秘密建立勇武培訓據點」（呢個真係笑死人，眾志邊有資格培訓勇武手足呢？），好像被取締的風險也在持續增加。

四、不論成本、考慮、包袱，一年前的六月九日，與當今我們所面對的，絕對是截然不同；亦同樣因為時間可能已在倒數，就更沒有灰心喪志的空間，我們的選擇，就是跟壞透的形勢對抗，不求片刻逆轉劣勢，但求竭盡所能。

五、不論鄭家朗 Isaac Cheng在幫忙策動罷課公投，林朗彥 Ivan Lam在趕工製作地戰文宣，近來至為關鍵的國際戰線，羅冠聰 Nathan Law、周庭 Agnes Chow Ting、敖卓軒 （Jeffrey Ngo）和我以及研究團隊，也在努力當中。

六、襯著有點時間，盤點了過去十天，眾志在至少十個國家和國際平台所作的倡議、記招、投稿，還有未能盡錄的訪問交流；我希望的，是藉著國際戰線所累積的籌碼，為香港抗爭促成槓桿效應向中共施壓，嘗試破局。

七、每天一覺醒來，跟跨越各個時區的團隊，分秒必爭聯絡官員議員幕僚記者，研究定調施壓回應爭取關注，坦白說也頗吃力，但國際和本地社會給予我們的基礎，此刻必須善用，不然就對不住對眾志抱有期望的每一位。

八、寒蟬效應正在蔓延，繼續國際戰線，就是眾志給予政權清晰回應，儘管目前所有的進度，距離理想目標，仍遠遠未足夠，而人手和資源確實不足，但我們仍會繼續努力，希望可以作出多一點成績，一起加油。
