號稱「花東最強豆腐料理」的 玉里"橋頭臭豆腐"，每天一開店就大排長龍，而這背後的美味秘密，其實藏著老闆楊德彬先生的孝心！
這間臭豆腐店原本由楊德彬的母親經營，楊德彬從小在店裡幫忙，每天凌晨就開始與母親一起把手伸進臭水中撈豆腐，長大後他接手臭豆腐店，日復一日研發各種料理方式，將母親對這間店的用心繼續傳承下去，至今已經做了30年。

「佛跳牆不只是佛跳牆」
雖說年菜滿漢全席一定不能少了佛跳牆，但是佛跳牆不只是過年的時候可以吃，在日常生活也是非常百搭的一道菜。
配麵線、配白飯、配冬粉都超好吃，一包份量超多，料多實在，有鮑魚、豬腳、扇貝、干貝、鳥蛋、芋頭、豬肚blabla....超多料，把它分裝小包之後放冷凍，想吃隨時退冰加熱，餐餐都可以吃好料。
關於吃這件事，問我就對了，不用懷疑。吃貨是一種天賦～～～
