蘋果紅蘿蔔蓮子黃豆湯
要增強抵抗力,除了補肺氣,還要健脾。容易反覆感冒的人多屬肺脾氣虛,中醫理論中說過「內傷脾胃,百病由生」,假如脾胃運化失調,臟腑就會缺乏營養和氣血滋養而防禦疾病能力下降,這時候特別容易受外邪入侵,這也是為甚麼小孩子特別易有感冒的原因。由於孩子肺氣未足,而肺之氣源於脾,在兩者都虛弱的情況下,外邪容易入侵引致感冒。蘋果紅蘿蔔蓮子黃豆湯可以健脾,同時養心寧神,除了可以養好脾增加抵抗力外,更可以讓人睡得更好,是一家大細都適合的養生防感冒湯水!
材料:蘋果2個、紅蘿蔔2根、蓮子80克,黃豆30克,無花果3枚
做法:材料洗淨。蘋果去皮去芯、紅蘿蔔去皮切塊。鍋內加入2000mL水,加入所有材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮1小時, 調入適量鹽即可。
功效:健脾養心。舒緩睡不安寧、煩躁等症狀。

To improve immunity, aside from replenishing lung qi, the spleen needs to be strengthened too. Those who are prone to colds and flu usually have asthenic lung and spleen qi, and Chinese medicine states that if internally the spleen and stomach are hurt, it can be the source of ailments. When the transporting and transforming functions of the spleen and stomach are not optimal, the organs will lose immunity against diseases due to lack of nutrition and nourishment from qi and blood. This is the time when a person is more prone to external pathogens attack. This is also why kids get flu more often. Their lung qi is not fully developed, and the lung qi originate from the spleen, when both are weak and asthenic, it can easily lead to colds and flus. This apple and carrot soup with lotus seeds and soy means strengthens the spleen, calms and soothes the mind, and on top of increased immunity it can also help improve sleep quality. This si definitely a healthy soup that can prevent the flu and is suitable for the whole family!
Ingredients: 2 apples, 2 carrots, 80g lotus seeds, 30g soy beans, 3 figs
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and core apple, and peel carrots and cut both into pieces. Combine ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot, and place over high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: Strengthen spleens and nourishes the heart. Alleviates poor sleep quality and irritability.
