万能ねぎ/花椒粉:適量
●肉味噌
豚ひき肉:180g
豆板醤大さじ1
紹興酒:大さじ1
醤油:大さじ1
甜麺醤:大さじ1
搾菜:45g
白ネギ:1/2本
●タレ(1人分)
中国黒酢(又は酢):小さじ1
辣油:大さじ1
芝麻醤:大さじ1
醤油:大さじ1
麺の茹で汁:大さじ2
炒り胡麻:少々

some peanuts
some spring onion/Sichuan pepper
●Miso flavored ground pork
180 g ground pork
1 tbsp Doubanjiang
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Tian mian jiang
45 g minced zha cai.
1/2 white leek
●Sauce(for 1 serving)
Chinese black vinegar
Chinese chili oi
Chinese sesame paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp noodle cooking water
some sesame seeds
